We are Óscar and María José, a couple of professionals and experts in the real estate sector. We were both born and met in Gandía (Valencia) and, by a beautiful coincidence, we began to form together our first great common project: Our family.

Aunque no nos dedicábamos a nivel profesional, los dos sabíamos que teníamos un sexto sentido en el sector inmobiliario. Así fue como decidimos dejar atrás nuestra carrera profesional en la empresa familiar y unir fuerzas en nuestro próximo proyecto: encontrar y crear productos inmobiliarios de calidad.
THE GAME STARTS
The era of change
At that time we detected a great opportunity for improvement in the sector. The market was outdated and obsolete, the real estate crisis had left many homes empty. More and more owners were looking to get an income return, and many astute investors were looking to benefit from the slow sellers market.
For years we had been dedicated to our own real estate investments: we scoured the market to find true real estate jewels, we transformed them to improve both their profitability and their value to get the best investment for us.
Over time we saw that, thanks to our expertise, we were able to find real hidden opportunities in the sector. So we decided to share our unique investment formula with other investors, only offering those opportunities in which we would invest ourselves.
We are seekers and creators of real estate investments. We want to facilitate real estate investments for people and real estate investors who want to grow their assets just as we have done ourselves.

La era del cambio
En aquella época detectamos una gran oportunidad de mejora en el sector, el mercado estaba anticuado y obsoleto, la crisis inmobiliaria había dejado muchas viviendas vacías y cada vez había más personas buscando comprar o alquilar para sacar una rentabilidad de ello.
Durante años nos dedicamos a nuestras propias inversiones inmobiliarias: rastreábamos el mercado para encontrar verdaderas joyas inmobiliarias, las transformábamos para mejorar tanto su rentabilidad como su valor para conseguir la mejor inversión para nosotros.
Con el tiempo vimos que, gracias a nuestro expertise, lográbamos encontrar verdaderas oportunidades ocultas en el sector. Así que decidimos compartir con otros inversores nuestra fórmula única de inversión, únicamente ofreciendo aquellas oportunidades en las que nosotros mismo invertiríamos.
Somos buscadores y creadores de inversiones inmobiliarias. Queremos facilitar inversiones inmobiliarias a personas e inversores inmobiliarios que quieren hacer crecer su patrimonio tal y como lo hemos hecho nosotros.
